We like to work closely with architects and designers to provide a complete furniture specification package to suit their project brief, and to help showcase new ideas and future developments.
Coming in at the very start of each project, we ask all the right questions in order to fully understand every client’s individual needs, and advise from the outset on issues such as budget planning, feasibility studies, furniture auditing, space planning, benchmarking, design and aesthetics.
Our procurement process is completely impartial, with no preferred suppliers or restrictive contracts. Instead we have full access to the widest range of suppliers and products available, which we trial and test to ensure quality and longevity, always selecting the right fit for the right client, at the right price.
We will manage project finance and administration, providing a single point of contact. Our well-established processes ensure that projects are installed on time, with order processing, production tracking, warehousing, delivery, installation, and snagging all taken care of.
If needed, we are happy to continue with a post-project maintenance contract, looking after future furniture requirements and dealing with issues such as warranty management.
With our vast network of connections across the globe, we have access to a fully comprehensive sea freight service. Working with a wide choice of ocean carriers, we ensure that your cargo moves quickly and on time, enabling us to provide office and residential furniture across the globe. Over the past 5 years we have been successful in working on several client framework agreements, which have led to supplying all types of furniture all around the world.
With our very own project management team, we take full responsibility for exporting, customs clearance, forward freight, insurances and local Installations. We have a dedicated IPJ project manager onsite to manage the local installation team, ensuring we meet the required programme. Further information available upon request.
